Yes queen, call 3 days before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid any fee.
ANY CANCELLATIONS WITH LESS THE 48 HOURS WILL HAVE A $25 LATE CANCELLATION FEE
Sorry queen, but trying to fill in the space in less than 2 days before the appointment is really hard.
CANCELLING OR RESCHEDULE WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS WOULD HAVE A CHARGE OF 50% OF THE SERVICE
Queen at this point trying to fill that empty space the day before the appointment is almost impossible, that is the reason we need to charge for the space you hold off.
SAME DAY CANCELLATION OR NO SHOW IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL PAYMENT OF THE SERVICE SCHEDULE.
