We have a cancelation process to ensure you and the team are well planned to deliver and receive the best service. But life happens and if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we want you to be aware of the process.
ANY CANCELLATIONS HAVE TO BE WITHIN 72 HOURS OR MORE
Yes queen, call 3 days before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid any fee.
ANY CANCELLATIONS WITHIN LESS THEN 48 HOURS WILL HAVE A $25 LATE CANCELLATION FEE
Sorry queen, but trying to fill in the space in less than 2 days before the appointment is really hard.
CANCELLING OR RESCHEDULE WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS WILL HAVE A CHARGE OF 50% OF THE SERVICE
Queen at this point trying to fill that empty space the day before the appointment is almost impossible, that is the reason we need to charge for the space you hold off.
SAME DAY CANCELLATION OR NO SHOW IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL PAYMENT OF THE SERVICE SCHEDULE.
Queen I want you to understand that we want to serve you, we are ready and excited to see you, when you don't show or call same day to reschedule you break our heart and take income possibilities away from us. We take appointments very seriously and we are expecting you to do the same and planning ahead to be with us.
