All of our Lashes are custom. What that means is that not every client will be the same. There is not one way to lash every person. We look at each of your natural lashes and determine the healthiest weight and length so you end up with a beautiful HEALTHY set.

CANCELLATION POLICY THAT FOLLOWS THIS PROCESS:

  • ANY CANCELLATIONS HAVE TO BE WITH 48 HOURS OR MORE
    Yes queen, call 3 days before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid any fee.
     

  • ANY CANCELLATIONS WITH LESS THE 48 HOURS WILL HAVE A $25 LATE CANCELLATION FEE
    Sorry queen, but trying to fill in the space in less than 2 days before the appointment is really hard.
     

  • CANCELLING OR RESCHEDULE WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS WOULD HAVE A CHARGE OF 50% OF THE SERVICE
    Queen at this point trying to fill that empty space the day before the appointment is almost impossible, that is the reason we need to charge for the space you hold off.
     

  • SAME DAY CANCELLATION OR NO SHOW IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL PAYMENT OF THE SERVICE SCHEDULE.
    Queen I want you to understand that we want to serve you, we are ready and excited to see you, when you don't show or call same day to reschedule you break our heart and take income possibilities away from us. We take appointments very seriously and we are expecting you to do the same and planing ahead to be with us.
